"Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib instead of an actual crib; it’s hard to clean these and there was a stain on the mesh. Only positive is how close it is to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"I love the Fairmont but tried to cancel my reservation 5 days in advance and was told NO. I cancelled because the friend I planned to visit was admitted to the hospital. I believe this was not a Fairmont issue but was a Hotels.com issue."
