At first the first observation was not great hidden spots and corners of areas was nasty and filled with crud. I reserved 4 rooms for family traveler but was room was completely disgusting smell of sewage and moldy. Room was immediately changed with no issues. The night staff was polite and accommodating just the overall internal appearance or conditions was not was we expected

This is definitely a budget hotel and when we got there the internet was down so they were having issues getting people checked in. They also couldn’t issue room keys due to the WiFi. However the staff went above and beyond to get us into our room. They were so kind and accommodating despite all of the technical issues out of their control. It’s a great location and price. I was just so impressed with the staff that I would stay again. They walked us to our room and manually unlocked it then had keys waiting for us when we returned from our concert

Condition was good but not perfect // Location was very good for my needs and if necessary I would definitely stay here again // I get the impression that the transition to Spark was not quite complete // still a good stay

I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient! The breakfast was very disappointing: cold cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt from a non-functioning machine. Did I mention 2 bananas and about 6 apples? Although the room was clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, I’ll never return.

I stayed here because it was 2 blocks from the hospital where my husband was having surgery. I was beyond pleased. I was alone and arrived well after dark and left very early. I left a very important item in my room. The manger retrieved it and it safe until I could get back to get it. As for the hotel, very clean, the bed and pillows were amazing!
