"The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had enough health and beauty products and towels which is a must when using the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Most of all, we travelled during a very hot day and arrived to a room with 66 degrees temperatures. It was fantastic!"

The lady stated, “in the fine print, when you booked, it states there is a $40 fee for activities and parking”, the fact that it was in fine print, indicates the intent to defraud the customer, and that’s how I felt. It’s not a good way to start out the experience. The staff being great is the only reason I scored this place higher."

"We reserved a suite that stated it had a jetted tub AND a private hot tub but it did not have a hot tub - only a jetted tub. I always like an outside hot tub and was disappointed that was not the case. Also had lots of steps to a third floor room I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there were that many stairs, we are 67 and 68. Decor was out dated with mauve tiles and countertop and floral tile looking walls in bathroom. A recent rain had washed ruts in short gravel road leading to the property. Positives were the view from the deck and the cleanliness. Loved the log cabin and wood bed."
