The room didn’t look like the picture we originally purchased our room under. It looked a bit older and dated but it was pretty clean. The bathroom and jetted tub were very clean, as was the pool. The air conditioner worked great and the jetted tub was so relaxing. The breakfast is only available on weekends and is very minimal compared to other free breakfasts I’ve had but at this price point I can’t really complain. Had some fruit and SunnyD. There were two times where our key card stopped working (I made sure to keep it in the provided sleeve away from magnets and other devices) but staff was very quick to provide a replacement key. The location was perfect… dollar general right down the street and it was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. We never drove more than 5 or 10 minutes to do anything in town. Overall it was a good experience and great value, we would definitely stay here again.

My room was never cleaned. I stayed three nights. I killed seven or eight flys and the sink water pressure was not good. The lights in the bathtub area were dim. The staff was friendly but the carpet needs steam cleaned.

Was the room clean? no. Were the walls paper thin? yes. Was the breakfast inviting? only if you’re from a third world country. But that’s not why you booked this place, you booked this place so you can save the money for the rest of Eureka Springs. If you’re trying to just find a place to lay your head after drinking too much downtown this is the place for you! I would however recommend wearing sandals in the shower as I don’t know when that last time ours was cleaned…

The property is run down. Ice machine didn't work. There was hair all over the sheets the first day we arrived. Not very clean. Outlets didn't all work, and there were not many. Staff not friendly. Pool was a nice perk. We brought our dog, which was nice to be able to. But, he is no problem at all, and it was not worth paying $30 extra per day to stay there.

About what you expect for under $100. Room was clean. TV functional, remote mostly so. AC worked. Door locked. Internet lacking but TV is cable and only moderately affected. Ice machine inoperable but they had a workaround if you are needy. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. If you are staying more than 1 night, bring an ice chest and drinks, toiletries, and alternate entertainment.

My hotel experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel was extremely old, dirty, and nothing like I expected. Before we arrived, the person at the front desk told us over the phone that we could check in at 1:00 PM, but when we got there, he rudely told us we couldn't check in until 3:00 PM. When we finally got into our room, it was filthy. There were stains everywhere, the shower was dirty with hair all over it, and the room smelled awful. I complained and was given another room, but it was just as bad—and to make matters worse, the jacuzzi had broken glass inside it, which was a serious safety hazard. I can't believe a place in this condition is legally operating as a hotel. If I could have gotten my money back through Expedia, I would have left immediately

First I booked on here and she still charged me their walk-in rate. Granted it was only a few $ more, but still that isn’t right. We got 2 rooms, 322 was dinghy and they had no hot water for showers. 222. We had flys so bad in there and that was with the air set at 60. We set it low trying to get them to leave, which made it sort of hard to sleep too because it was so cold. We put both comforters on us to keep warm and one smelled like dog pee! And there was dog food on the floor. The bed was HORRIBLE. Sinking really bad in the middle, I thought it was going to fall through if I moved too much. Bathroom had the ceiling tile molding and falling in. I highly suggest looking for something else with there being so many options in the area.

Not the newest property, but needed some upkeep. Bathroom fan was about to fall out of the ceiling and finish nails poked out from around the bathroom door. Room overall smelled musty. I liked the fire pit in the back and the pool, but pool needed to be service. The water did take a while to warm, ice machine was broke, but accommodations were made with a cooler with ice The breakfast was only for weekends, which was in fine print. The facilities as a whole seemed clean, but my room was not very clean and showed a lot of wear. Unfortunately, as soon as I sat on the bed, a flea jumped on me. It could’ve been a coincidence or anomaly, but I had several bites on me the next morning. Didn’t see any bed bugs luckily.

The room smelled terrible and was very outdated. Staff was not friendly. The only reason I booked this place was for the pool and the in room hot tub. There's a reason there aren't many photos.. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool because it was full of debris and very cloudy. I booked a two day stay but decided to leave early the first day because it was just a disappointment. The sign in the parking lot warning visitors to lock their cars says it all.

The hotel was somewhat charming. The owner operater was friendly. The Tub and Shower had hair in them and the air conditioner in the room did not work well. We rented a suite. All of the suites are up stairs above the owners living quarters and the reception area. Uncomfortable bed with only a thin coverlet and small pillows. Matress needed to be replaced.

The motel has a touch of character to it and was well maintained. The room was very nice and the microwave and refrigerator were essential for me. The lobby was very beautifully decorated. The gentleman at the desk was always helpful. I had no concerns at all while I stayed there. It’s just a short drive to Historic Eureka Springs.
