"This property blew me away for being a Best Western. The hot tub is the star, it is a beautiful little slice of paradise. You feel like you’re on a tropical vacation in there and it is so clean and well maintained. The whole pool area and patio are beautiful. "Nice helpful host, bed was AMAZING! It’s a Victorian home so we had a private bathroom that was on the other side of the floor we were on but it was nice! You need to get the recommendations for dinner options early and MAKE A RESERVATION! They are still remodeling Pinc and it reminds me of Glinda from Wicked and the mansion across the street is dark shades of green like Elphaba!"

"Felt like you were a guest in there home. Property is beautiful and elegant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time. Restaurants is amazing dinner and breakfast was amazing"

"Free parking and we were given the room with the kitchenette without choosing that upgrade. Room was obviously freshly cleaned with strong smell of cleaning product, but the ceiling of the bathroom had been missed as there was a little mold in 2 places, possibly due to humidity. When informed, they said they would have that fixed right away. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay!"

"Reasonable price. Great for a night while traveling"

"We were charged for things we did not take and they refuse to dispute the charge. They claimed we stained towels. There’s no way that possibly happened."

"dirty and stinky room and the staff was on an ipad somewhere outside of the property bugs and smelled like thick smoke"

"Can not say enough about this place! Clean and friendly. Absolutely tranquil and gorgeous. I can't wait to come back again!"
