The Pinc Lady has been the highlight of our trip so far! The house itself is fantastic, wonderfully clean, and cozy. On their recommendation, we ate dinner at the Humboldt Bay Bistro, which was delightful and very tasty. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, just be sure to read the fine print! I was surprised to realize the bathrooms were shared; not a problem, as all three were clean and wonderfully appointed after all.
Our stay at the Pinc Lady was perfect! The Victorian house is amazing! Our bedroom was huge and had an incredibly comfortable bed. Our hostess, J., was very helpful with where to go for dinner and the history of the house and area. We walked to the old town part of Eureka and there was an arts festival happening. What a cool town. We will be back,
Delightful stay at this historic property. Great communication from the inn keepers with detailed emails and instructions. Mario walked us through the check in process and was extremely accomodating with the rooms for me and my son's stay. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the Carson Mansion directly across the street on a quiet residential cul de sac with some view of the water. Plenty of toiletry supplies in bathroom and a full kitchen with coffee/ tea bar downstairs. Would highly recommend, especially if you are fan of history, architecture and interesting places. Close to downtown Eureka and near Woodley Island. Don't miss Dick Taylor craft chocolate if you visit Eureka!
It certainly is a cute space however I wouldn’t stay here again….no where on the booking does it state you have to share the bathroom Im a germaphobe and didn’t like that at all, however very good supply of toiletries also the bedroom was very big and great windows there was also a minuscule heater and the cutest little fridge that you could plug in that was a really nice touch it’s very very small but we just had some small snacks so it worked perfect! I’m originally from England and it reminded me of home!

I liked the quaintness, and charm , hostess was awesome, very clean
Beautiful place. A landmark Victorian updated with amenities. Owner welcoming and gave an informative historical tour of the house. Truly loves what she does.
This Hotel is a historical museum as well as a lovely place to stay. Everything is spick and span clean and the rooms very comfortable. The woman who owns it gave us the "grand tour" and talked about the history of the mansion and Eureka in general. Very informative.
The history of the property was fascinating. Staying in the middle of that history was wonderful.
I can't praise our excellent host enough. She was a wealth of local history, and gave tremendous recommendations for local food and sites to visit.
Parking is on the street but it is right out front of the property. Beautiful period home (1800's). Clawfoot tub/shower, beautiful wood and crystal throughout.
We drove down from Washington State for my birthday and we arrived to be greeted very politely and warming. Walked us to our room and gave us the run down of the history of the home. The entire facility was clean and smelled clean as well. Both hosts were very polite and accommodating! Thank you so much for a memorable birthday weekend.
The property is beautiful! Our room was gorgeous and super comfortable. The owner took us on a quick tour of the Pinc Lady and included some history about the house.. Everything was perfect, but be prepared as the bathrooms are not en-suite. Breakfast is included and small but good (home made muffins, muesli, coffee, tea, juice, etc.)

We had a comfortable room in a unique setting with great potential. The area is close to nice shops and restaurants. Mario was a gracious host and his passion for restoration of the property was infectious. Once he completes the bar area it should be a warm gathering place. Sadly, a fair number of people in the neighborhood seem to be suffering from drug induced psychosis. Hopefully, they will receive the services they need in the near future. Overall, it was a memorable stay.

Very nice place to stay. Although the bathrooms are shared, it feels very private.
Jaqueline and Mario have created an amazing piece of Eureka history at the Pinc Lady mansion. Located two blocks off the main thoroughfare and six blocks from the waterfront dining/shopping district, this elegant and historically accurate Victorian mansion offers views of the bay and the Carson mansion across the street.
Jaqueline answered the door when I arrived and guided a tour of mansion that included a big dose of regional history. I truly enjoyed my stay and would stay again
Highly recommend! Lovingly restored, beautiful furnishings, across the street from the historic Carson Mansion, sweet family onsite to make sure you're settled in, right near downtown and the harbor.
