"Second time staying here this year. Walking distance from shinsegae department store makes it attractive despite not having too many dining options in the immediate area. Breakfast is great, room’s clean. Parking is limited and you may have to park at the parking tower, which makes it more difficult to grab your belongings if you’ve forgotten something"

"5시 체크인으로 예약 했는데 객실이 준비되지 않았습니다 준비되지 않은 상황에 먼저 양해를 구하거나 상황 설명 없이 짐부터 카운터에 맡기고 일정 진행 후, 다시 오면 된다는 식으로 응대했습니다. 객실 상태 자체는 좋은 편이었지만 응대하는 카운터 직원의 방식이 잘 못되었다고 생각합니다"
