Nice place to stay for our stop over as part of a longer trip. Pool was a bonus for the kids. A bit out of it location wise but we didn’t mind. I asked for code rooms and we ended up on different floors which was frustrating but was ok.

Self-check in, no humans

I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. Check-out was at 10. There is no ice machine, no refrigerator, no hotel staff. I got up at 8 to use the pool for an hour. When I checked out the hotel front desk person called a cab for me. It was about 30 euro to get back to Agen. This is the only person I spoke to during my entire stay and she was lovely and helpful and understanding of my baby French as I counted on my fingers to tell her my room number. If you aren't prepared for this odd system, you will not be able to check-in if you arrive late. There is an elevator. There is no communication with guests. Pool is very small and was being cleaned during the one hour I was able to use it during my stay. I swam anyway, but the vacuum was underfoot and would not have been safe for children to swim.

The room was not clean. Stains on walls, sticky glassmarks on bedside table, yellow stains on a towel, multiple white stains on chair empty soap dispenser in shower and wooden utensils under bed to name a few. Will not stay there again.

Beaucoup de poussière sur le sol de ma chambre (surtout dans les angles et sur les plinthes). Petit déjeuner bon mais très industriel. Environnement moyen (rien autour et la piscine donne sur le jardin du voisin qui fait un peu décharge) J'ai bien dormi, ce qui est le principal, mais de manière générale je ne trouve pas que la chambre vale 120 euros la nuit.
