"The hotel is beautifully like always but I was surprised, there was not many restaurants"

"The elevator was extremely small and could barely fit our family of 5 with our bags. The room was not clean, no microwave, iron or even Kleenex in the room. Parking garage is very small and always full. Beds were small and uncomfortable. The heat/air conditioning unit was broken. Would not stay here again. "

"Checkin was not particularly efficient. The large room was comfortable and clean, although the lighting could have been better. There was a good view of roof mounted air conditioning equipment but little else. Minimal external noise. Dining options at this casino hotel are extremely limited. No housekeeping was performed during my three days stay. Overall, not impressed."

"This hotel was very clean. My room's layout wasnt the best. I had to open doors to find the bathroom and closet but they were clean. I wasn't wowed by the room but we just needed a clean place to sleep after an event we attended. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of eating options"

"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."
