"This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!! "

"For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. The customer service is easy to contact, and very quick to help. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were huge. It was overall, an amazingly good experience considering the price. No complaints, everything was great! "

"Loved the location , the room, it had everything we needed. To be more transparent with your guests you should state somewhere in the initial room details, that there is no room cleaning service for reservation under 7 days. This came as a surprise to us, as no one came in for daily cleaning, garbage pickup. Until we asked and found out our 5 night stay didn’t qualify. We asked or a broom, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper, and it was delivered promptly to our room. Again, very nice location, room design and room amenities. "
