Great room for a family, very spacious, only detrimental comment which is no fault of the hotel the road noise from outside can seem quite lound at times Other than that great value for money stay, hence the reason I have used this as an overnight stay on my way back through Europe on many occasions

Basic accommodation but clean, comfortable and in a good location for shops, restaurants and transport links. The staff were all lovely and the reception staff all spoke good English which was helpful for us. (A member of staff showed us a superior room and these were very impressive.)

Delightful

We were greeted by friendly staff who got our room ready 2h before official check in. The rooms were warm and clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a good selection of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, pastries and breads at breakfast with fresh hot Coffee. Great value for the extra €5. Felt like a family run Hotel where the staff genuinely cared if you enjoyed your stay.

Every staff is very kind. Good hospitality. Room is clean but needs more lights. The more the number of lights in a room, the better the experience of desk works. Need more maintenance of laundry machines in the basement. Some are not functional. No instruction to use.

Everything is just the same ever since we have been there.The things that I didn't like this time was the breakfast coffee. I felt it was too light ; The ham was also too salty. It very disappointing to have a small room for 3 persons and the 3rd person (our daughter)not having a normal single bed.
