"positive: Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was hot and replenished regularly. not so positive: Place is a little dated and scuffs in hallways and doors. Problems with room keycard - had to get refreshed 3 times. Pool was a little cold."

We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."

"Excellent place in Horse Valley. Very clean and very nice bed and bedding, friendly staff. You get mostly everything required for long term stay. BBQs everywhere (better bring your own food), we enjoyed a lot. Will be back this summer one more time, would like to try biking in the area."

"So, this property is a good bet if you're looking for an inexpensive, no-frills room. If you've got to stay for a while, especially, with the kitchenette in some suites, it could be a good fit for you. The most important thing to realize: this is a student residence. Picture a dorm, and you've got a pretty good idea. On the upside .. it's clean, it's convenient to the highway, and the beds are reasonably comfortable. Just be aware that what you're getting is a very basic room. The kitchenette has no 'accessories' except for the few plastic cups that come with the room. The bathroom has a corner stall shower. The big one for me: there is no coffee - or even a coffee maker - in the room. Or even in the building. There are a few places nearby, but you'll be driving before you get to have that first sip."
