"The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. "The stay in the hotel/Restaurant Schere was amazing. Lovely people, charming flair, great food and a beautiful old town with "Fachwerk" Houses a marketplace and an all around nice atmosphere. Great for couples with or without dogs who love to take an evening walk through an old town."
