"Very friendly and helpful staff. BOHO accomodations with great views and nice comfy beds. Delicious food at the restaurant. Not fancy but very cute place with personality. Didn’t see much difference between the regular room and the pricier ocean front view except for the direction the balcony is facing. Very close to the bioluminescent tour starting point. Will definitely come back here! "

"It had been a long time I stayed here but this hotel has had better times. While the pool area is nice, it was under renovation during our stay. The beds are decent but the bathrooms are in need of a freshen up; also, curtains were kind of torn, sink had no drain stopper, shower was rusty and the mouldings need repair/replacement. It just feels too expensive for the way things are run down. There’s a restaurant but no service; only drinks and snacks at the bar. The staff are nice whenever you can find them. "

"The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. "

"Staff was great! Restaurant was great. The room works for a place to shower and sleep. The AC was crazy loud in our room and expect it to be loud outside until 1am. If you want a luxury stay and quiet it’s not your spot. But prime location to close down the bar and pass out."

"Great view once we were upgraded from our room that had a moldy/ mildewy smell. The upgraded room was fantastic. Hot tub was just right."
