"Very small room for 4 people, particularly the toilet. We are not large people but navigating the toilet was a big challenge. Desk and breakfast staff were friendly. Convenient location to train station and restaurants. "

"Our room was in the basement which overall wasn’t a problem but the biggest issue was no hot water in the room in the morning - cold shower! I reported it to the reception staff in the morning on check out and he didn’t even attempt to apologise or offered to sort it out. This was very poor! "
