"What a wonderful stay. From start to finish we were so well looked after. The service was excellent along with the breakfasts and entertainment. "Ein 5 Sterne Hotel trifft auf den vorgefunden en sozialistischen Betonbau nicht ganz zu. Es fanden überall Bauarbeiten inkl Gerüste auch neben unserem Balkon statt. Die Geräusche des Presslufthammers ließen uns bereits morgens die Flucht ergreifen. Am Abend mussten wir feststellen, dass die Aussenpools teilweise geleert wurden und Reparaturmassnahmen stattfanden. Am 2. "Such a gem and immaculate stay. All of the details you expect and more from a Bed and Breakfast. The house is well-maintained and appointed. I love the rooms' uniqueness and spaciousness. "This is a fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay - great room, beautiful grounds, and an amazing outdoor pool. A buffet breakfast was included for us and it was very good. We had supper at the hotel restaurant once - it was also a buffet - and would not recommend it; the staff were lovely but the quality of the food was not worth the price. We would absolutely stay there again without hesitation."

... Everything else was mediocre.
Way below the quality you should expect from an expensive 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was mediocre, cooked food lukewarm, pastries tasteless.
Bar service at pool not existent.
Difficult to get clean towels for the pool.
(I am not being difficult, I have left a 5 star review to the other gotel we stayed in Lisbon)
