We had a huge room with balcony, comfy bed and great bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were both exceptional and in a world class location. Thank you! 🙏 "

"The staff are very polite, well-mannered, and helpful! From reception to bell boys (shout out to Eric for being one of the most helpful hotel staff I’ve seen!), they were all nice and made our experience top notch! The breakfast is fantastic! Many options to choose from. Freshly squeezed orange juice machine for all guests to use, great coffee, pastry and fruits selection. The beach view is stunning! Highly recommend upgrading to a beach view room. Can’t get tired of it. I honestly don’t have any negative things to say about this place. It’s for sure underrated and soon to be packed by tourists who find this absolute gem!"

"Lovely hotel and staff. Stayed 3 nights at the end of a 2 week break. Only negatives, breakfast, is not 4 star. OK choice, but scrambled eggs overcooked every morning. Being charged 30 euros per night for 2 dogs, when the room was not changed for the 3 nights and only basic cleaning was done. 30 euros for the stay would have more appropriate. Would definitely stay again, but would leave the dogs at home."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. We were so pleased to have chosen this place to stay for our week of bicycling in Girona. The staff was very accommodating, the room was large and very clean, and we even had a secure room to store our bikes. The location is perfect for getting around after cycling to eat and shop. "Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "
