"Avalon homes is one of the best services apartments that you can get in Perinthalmanna. The space is clean, the location is great, the service and check-in was smooth and the place offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere."

"Large space for good price. Kitchen has sink but no cooking equipment. Very helpful manager "

"Fantastic property with 4 separate apartments. Lovely aesthetics with natural views and open areas in the bathroom and balcony. The infinity pool is attached to a single apartment Breakfast options are varied and tasty. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for quiet space and good quality. Beach is 20 meters from the Villa."

"Listing showed a rate with breakfast. The hotel doesn't offer any breakfast. Second, the room we booked shared a common living room with another room - and a drunken party went on there till early hours!"
