"Absolutely incredible hotel!! We booked for the Azkena Rock Festival and were stunned when we arrived at the property. Our suite was massive, with a full size kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom and lovely views. Excellent hotel facilities and really lovely accommodating staff. Cleaners came and were flexible as to when they came. A 10 minute walk to the festival, close to bus routes. "

"We liked the location of the property since it was in walking distance to the Ironman Village for the Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz race. Also, it had some good restaurants nearby and the Santa Maria Cathedral was right next door. What we didn't like was that we only had 1 pot when we arrived. We had to request that they send more. "We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm.
