"Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay with excellent staff and amenities. From arrival through to departure, everything was flawless, with great attention to detail from every member of staff. The facilities were fantastic, and the pool made the experience even better during the peak temperatures. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Budapest!"

"Okay, staff were absolutely fabulous and super helpful. And our modern room was very comfortable. Architecture wise this former 19th century palace has a lovely five floor open inner atrium foyer - which is really featured in the photos and was a selling point for me. However once you get in the elevator you leave that lovely aspect of the hotel behind. The 121 rooms are accessed by tunnel like internal hallways. Our rooms was an okay size, though bathroom very small. We were close to nice restarants, I appreciated that."

"My latest visit was the second time I have stayed at Elizabeth Downtown Apartments. I find the place excellent value for money. It's clean, close to transport links and shops and the rooms are well furnished. The little balconies are a lovely place to spend an evening, surrounded by trees and a little pigeon family, flying around collecting twigs for a nest. The apartment complex is right smack bang between Astoria Metro and Deak Ferenc Ter, where the airport bus stops. A short walk to either of these transport stops and it's a quick ride to the Danube. The train stations are a little further, but easily reached on the tram or metro. Dob Street is a lovely little hub of cafes, restaurants and bars and will keep the nightlife lovers happy. It's peaceful enough for an old man like me or a family too. There's a little kitchen area in each apartment and a washing machine. The shower room was clean and shower lovely and powerful. The bed was comfy and there is ample wardrobe and drawer space. The mere fact that I've stayed twice is surely high praise. I'll look to stay again if I go back to beautiful Budapest."
