"Hotel is at the end of an alley in a rough part of town. I got there at 8 pm, no lights on at the property, I had a reservation so they knew I was coming, pushed the door bell three different times, I could it ring inside the building, no one answered so I had to find another hotel. When I complained, their answer is they were home, I must have been at the wrong place. Nope, looked just like the picture, only run down."

"Further from the airport than most places, but I chose that on purpose and was very happy with it! Walking distance to many places around it, good midpoint as a tourist, between Naples INT and the ruins of Pompeii, went and saw the ruins. Could see Mount Vesuvio from outside, very cool. Right on the water, very beautiful, excellent staff. Had everything at the pool bar except Tequila. My friend is Latino, we need our Tequila! Overall, Friendly and helpful and I wish I stayed longer. 5 stars"

"This is a great little hotel. There is a little more wear and tear than the photos suggest, but the hotel is incredibly clean and clearly well cared for and my room was very comfortable. The rooftop patio area is absolutely fantastic, and the location couldn't be better for a visit to Herculaneum. I found the staff utterly wonderful to deal with."

"Got to Golden Mile bed and breakfast at 3:15 pm after 3 hours drive from Rome . As I got to front gate and call by intercoms , I was told «  check in time is at 4 pm! Come back at 4 pm! »any hotel will let u get in , sit and have a glass of water even though 4 pm is very late to start with ! The hotel is 30 mns drive to downtown and 40 mns or more during rush hour . The hotel sits in a corner between 2 busy streets ! It is very noisy and could not sleep all nite .even with closed...

"The hotel makes an effort and the rooms are clean with friendly staff. The town unfortunately has seen better days and not a lot to do. I recommend staying in a different area."

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
