"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. "Service gut, Lage zentral"

"Nice room. Good hotel overall. Handy having a pub downstairs. Felt like just a bed and room place. Breakfast was good."

"Room was in need of some tlc, there was no full length mirror or shaving mirror in bathroom. Our main issue in the room was the lack of air con or heating. It made the room very cold at night. There was also a fishy smell in the lobby in the afternoon and evenings, which was quite offputting. The staff though were very friendly and provided good service. The best bit about this hotel is the location right next to the Tower of London with views of Tower Bridge."
