Parkplatz mit abgeschlossenem Tor, direkt am B&B, Touristeninformation mit Plan und Empfehlung für Restaurants und sinnvolle Routen ungefragt, Claudia ist ein Sonnenschein, spricht gut englisch und man konnte sie wirklich immer erreichen, auch ungewöhnliche Fragen wurden beantwortet (z.B. wo sollen wir nach Siracusa hin?). Das Frühstück war gut, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. "

The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. Even with a balcony that opened onto the palazzo, there was no noise at night. Would definitely return!"

"Die Unterkunft ist direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt, es gibt unzählige Restaurants in direkter Umgebung und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Auto haben wir durch das vom Hotel angebotene Parkservice abstellen lassen, das hat super funktioniert. Auch die Registrierung unseres Kennzeichens für die Einfahrt in die Altstadt wurde durch das Hotel erledigt. Wir haben uns rundum umsorgt gefühlt. Das Frühstück wurde auf unseren Wunsch (nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen) ins Zimmer...

"The hotel itself was like a beautiful oasis in a not so attractive area of the city. The room was very nice and spacious and the pool was very nice as well."

"Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! "

"Hotel is very central, close to everything. In 10 to 15 minutes by foot, you reach everything. Several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Very good buffet breakfast at hotel. Many options for every taste. The room was very spacious, and the French balcony was a nice bonus. Fun to do people watching from the balcony!
