General manager was most gracious and helpful in making room cancellation for part of our stay. Necessitated by change in travel plans owing to health issues. The General Manager was understanding, efficient, and most helpful.

Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice
Breakfast was terrific and staff there was great too. The room was large. Pillows were comfortable. One bed was comfortable but the other bed was loud. It made awful noise whenever anyone moved on it. Needs to be replaced I think.
