"We arrived on a Sunday and unfortunately at the start of 2 weeks holiday period in August for the main Restaurant which we were aware of in advance. Not a problem with so many other places to eat nearby. Car parking is by entering a pedestrian precinct and then down a lane to a gated safe area at back of hotel. Staff very helpful and aware of us entering lane although we never announced our arrival. We were with friends in 2 low sports cars and no problem parking as long as you book one of the...

"Die Dame des Hauses ist äußerst freundlich und stets bemüht um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit Produkten aus der Region. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein aber die Betten sind bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen."

"Simply an amazing experience! The service was top performance both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even after closing hours, the kitchen stayed open and served one exquisite meal after the other along with outstanding wines, they make a wonderful experience and high performance in making close to Michelin standard in cooking and on top a highly experienced sommelier to ensure matching wines. Despite this they had a first class service towards very tired kids for the adults to enjoy the evening....

"The room was clean, modern and featured a large TV. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The excellent bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was 15 euros per person but well worth it with a good choice of items. Hot food featured, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Unlike many hotels there were numerous coffee machines so no queues. The modern reception featured a bar which was open late. The hotel was located in a quiet area an easy 5 minute walk from Petite Venice."

"Le petit déjeuner payant (pas gratuit), était bien. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour s'installer, la table n'était pas mise. Nous avons cherché nous même, plateaux, services, serviettes, tasses, etc.. Les lits ne sont pas bien faits ! Lorsque l'on tire le duvet, le drap de dessous vient avec et tout se défait ! J'ai refait le lit (surtout la tête de lit)en rettemdant le drap derrière nos tête et en remettant sous le matelas ! Les serviettes de bain sont propres mais ne sentent pas...
