"The bathroom smelt like urine. There was no bar. Breakfast only had eggs toast and sausage. Horrible tasting. Staff couldn’t understand English. Room smelt horrible. Hot tub jacuzzi didn’t work. A pinch of shampoo is all you get for a 2 night stay. Vending machines didn’t work! Literally nothing of the reason I booked this stay worked! Horrible. Waste of money. I wish I went with the other options in town for my stay for the same value because this was a complete disaster. Couldn’t sleep due to the fact the people above me were super loud all night. Left early didn’t even stay my 2nd night and still paid for it, waste of a trip thanks!"

"While visiting our daughter who just moved to the area we stayed 2 nights as a 1st time Visitor to the Resort in a King Studio on 5th Floor. Didn’t get a chance to use anything other than the Hot Tub which was excellent in the evening after a long day. The King Studio 5th Floor was an excellent room for a couple. Looks like a great resort and we will be back when visiting our daughter and look forward to trying some of the dining establishments."
