"The place was great and worked wonderfully for us. The only problem was that they have a very strict checkin policy. We got in early and asked if we could get in early. We couldn’t, which is fine, but it wasn’t until exactly 3:00 that we could get in. We had waited in the parking lot for the 1/2 hour and we couldn’t get into the room until exactly 3:00. Since the rooms all have private entrances, we could see that they were done with the room and it was ready. We did find out that it is something with the way the locks and the codes work on a time schedule. It would have been nice though when they saw us sitting out there waiting that they could have figured out a way to let us in early. All of our other communications with them were great though! Easy to contact and talk to and very nice!"

"Excellent hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 days when visiting Coeur d’Alene. Only a four minute drive to downtown room was very clean and everything looked in great shape hotel staff is great as well. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and it was very nice. One thing that was a bonus is every light post in the parking lot at a place for an electric plug to recharge our electric vehicle on 110voltage. You can reach a light pole from almost any parking spot. We will come back here again for sure. Paid half to 1/3 of the cost of staying in the resort."

"The motel was older, but nice and clean. There was enough parking for each room. The size ice machine was too small for more than a single room. At 11:05 AM, staff knocked on the door and asked about check-out! Granted, we were 5 minutes past check-out, but I have never had that happen anywhere I have stayed. The location was great with many restaurants, lounges, shops, and the lake park within easy walking distance."

"Felt new & nicer than avrge. Couch & kitchenette area were divided w/ half wall which was nice to separate bed and TV area. Lots of extras to make it feel high-class. Breakfast was wonderful & well-staffed & attended by polite workers. We rated this lower due to the front desk was understaffed and too busy for only one person. She was polite & friendly for being so overwhelmed, but it resulted in a lack of good service. We waited behind several people to check in; we waited again an hour later behind 4 people to get extra towels. There was no time for questions to be answered. The building is huge with 4 floors & different wings, no map was provided or shown & just a few verbal directions were given. It took us a lot of time to find our room and then figure out the closest spot to park. The hall looks identical looking right or left w/ exit signs at either end. One end being the stairs and the other being the elevator and stairs. I was very turned around and kept going to the wrong end when I wanted the elevator. There was a spot for an ice machine on 2nd floor but no machine. We wandered around until we found one down on the first floor, but we should have been told this by the front desk. We were also expecting & needing a fridge/freezer but it was only a fridge. As we left the following morning there again were several people lined up needing help. Being able to easily park, find the room, get the help & info we needed & having a freezer would have given this a 5-star"
