"This was a perfect little family friendly site for our family. We stopped as a half way point on our way from NSW to QLD and it had everything we needed. The shops within walking distance, great park facilities and the beach literally on the doorstep. We had an added bonus of a Kangaroo and her joey waiting to say Hello when we arrived. We'd definitely recommend, the only problem was we didn't stay longer."

"Très propre. Renové mais toujours un peu vieillot. Confortable. Réceptionniste bien sympathique qui nous a bien conseillé où aller manger. Ma seule suggestion serait d’ajouter des assiettes puisqu’il y a un grille-pain."

"Love staying at the place ! Stayed many times ! Rooms closer to lagoon are the best ones to book :). Beautiful resort friendly staff . Downside is the restaurant, food is limited and average in my opinion and needs a revamp of food choices"

"Good property and nice rooms. Very well located and the owners are excellent to take care of customers"

"The room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean too. It was good to have a microwave, crockery and cutlery. My only complaint was having to go upstairs."

"Very disappointing stay – one of the worst places I've ever stayed Unfortunately, our experience at the Zebra Motel, was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, there was a really unpleasant, almost disgusting smell that lingered throughout the night. It was so off-putting that it made it difficult to feel comfortable, and I had serious doubts about the cleanliness of the room. The motel itself felt very dated, shabby and in need of a proper refresh. I honestly wanted to leave...

"Our apartment was large, the furniture is new, the bathroom looked brand new. Everything was comfortable & functional. We appreciated the coffee pod machine & undercover parking. The garden/pool view from our living room & balcony was lovely & we were just a short walk from the beach. We could hear the waves breaking. Great value."

"This hotel was very clean, walking distance to everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. It needs a little updating, such as touch up painting. It recently has new owners so I’m sure it will be sparkling soon! Highly recommend."

"Thanks to all involved. This was super easy, room was spotless, easy parking, I wasn’t in my lowered car, so the steep driveway wasn’t an issue, but just an fyi for those with low cars, ‘tis a tad steep. Manageable, but steep. Staff were awesome! 11/10, will stay again. Gav"

"This place would of been great 20 years ago but is very tide now… Our bathroom roof looks like it could have mould and the walls are paper thin… good location and friendly staff"

"Comfortable twin beds. Fan was appreciated. Toilet and shower facilities all good."

"Clean and comfortable. Convenient for town. Local brew pub excellent. Had the Kielbaser sausage - wow!"

"Friendly check in. Clean room. Comfy bed. Walk to bistro for dinners. Food was plentiful. Would recommend."

"This is a traditional motel and was perfect for my stay. Convenient for visiting the Sikh Temples and not too far from the town centre for shops and restaurants. The room had all the facilities needed for a 2 night stay and I was able to park directly outside my front door. Everything a motel should be."
