"Beautiful room, great view of the lagoon. Clean and fresh, staff were incredibly friendly on check in and knowledgeable. Restaurant facilities were top notch, grounds were well maintained and exceptionally clean."

"The property is absolutely stunning. Very close to the beach and set amongst a very dense tropical forest with a stream running though it. The rooms are a little dated. My only real complaint is the main pool area. For some reason they do not not supply towels. You have to bring a towel from your room, or walk over to reception, and ask for a towel. My other complaint is the lack of a bar area at the pool. You have to walk over the the main bar area, place the order, pay for the order, and then they will deliver it to your seating in the pool area. "

"Room was spotless however some aspects were looking tired. Nice and quiet Toilet seat was smaller than toilet rim I found the mattress too firm however my husband loved it. No shampoo provided"

"Great location, and ample sized house for 2 families. The kids loved the third bedroom which had four bunk beds. Customer service was responsive to my questions throughout the stay. There is however room for improvement as a lot of fixtures were either broken/ not working. During our stay, the sliding door leading to the only bathroom/ toilet inside the house was not working so we had to shower and use the bathroom without a door, which was a bit awkward as the bathroom led into an open space. Toilet seat was broken and detached to the toilet, lamp shade was broken and the cleaning from the previous stay could be improved. There was also a lot of dust which triggered hayfever. Overall, we were able to make-do with these issues, and there is a lot of potential once they are fixed as it is a great place if you wanted to spend the weekend at Coffs Harbour with your family. "

"Andrew and Lee were wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful and private. The pool was great to have a dip in, and there was a trail that takes you around the lake where you can see a waterfall and koi pond. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious: we got to have homemade granola, fruit from the property and local honey. Thank you very much again! "
