"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I was charged taxes that should not have been applied, which resulted in a double charge on my bank account. This is a serious issue and shows a lack of transparency. Additionally, the room did not meet expectations: there was no safe, not even small complimentary water bottles were provided, and the refrigerator did not work properly. The air conditioning caused me allergies during the night, affecting my ability to rest. The customer service was also below standard. At times, I felt unwelcome, and the overall attention to guests left much to be desired. Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had."

"Llegue el final del desayuno y solo quedaban los restos. Pero nadie se preocupó por renovar o preguntar si me apetecía algo diferente. En la habitación hacia mucho calor. Me intentaron ayudar pero no funcionó. La habitación no la limpiaron el domingo."
