"Staff was excellent. Din and Nos at the concierge desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very nice but some parts feel a little outdated. The shower head in our room was loose and kept falling onto the tub when you try to adjust the direction. I only stayed one night so I didn’t alert the staff. The area is great as it is next to the train station, and there are small restaurants, laundry shops, and convenience stores (pharmacy and 7/11, etc) around. The pool is big with a nice view. Breakfast is excellent and buffet staff are very friendly. There was extremely loud drilling that could be heard in the room starting 9am - not sure if this was a one-off incident, but something to be aware of. All-in-all, I would recommend this hotel."

"I can’t comment on the breakfast but the room was clean with amenities, I feel the staff were ok, could of done better when I was checking in. All the hotels I have stayed in Thailand before all had a porter service to help with your bags, this on did not."
