"The check-in was very fast and efficient and we were allowed to check-in when we arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 a.m. after a long flight, much earlier than the check-in time of 3:00 p.m. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the lobby staff to the cleaning staff. The room, while not large, was very clean and well laid out, ventilation and lighting were very good. Extra power outlets near the work desk was very convenient. Most of all, the hotel's central location in Zurich was excellent: - near the main train station from the airport (within a 7 minutes walk) and the Tram No. 10 stop from the airport (within a 15 seconds walk right in front of the hotel) - within a 7 minutes walk to the start of the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street and another 7 minutes walk to the old town Whenever we are in Zurich this is our go to hotel."
