"Wonderful boutique resort with fantastic food. Staff were very friendly and personal. We especially appreciated Manos at reception. He provided detailed and accurate travel suggestions for Eastern Crete. Great source of knowledge for visiting remote areas including beaches, monasteries, local restaurants, and small villages. We loved all of the restaurants especially the garden restaurant experience. Thank you!"

"Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools). "Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...
