"The man at the desk was super helpful. I was very tired and I booked my expedia room for the next week instead of that night. He went on the phone app and his hotel computer and straightened everything out. We were relieved. The room itself was very nice and spacious. We were traveling with our dog and there was ample space for everyone. The breakfast was also nice. We were tired so we didn't use the fitness center. I did notice that they had a guest laundry which could be very helpful."

"We have always stayed at the BW Santee on our road trips to Florida. It is getting very worn out and not maintained too well. The toilet in the room was clogged and handle broken when we checked in which it took about an hour to fix. We booked through Expedia for this stay because it was a good bit cheaper than the BW website. It turned out that the hotel billed us in full for the stay along with the Expedia charge. "The property was clean and very comfortable"

"The room had a distinct smell. Some areas were not dusted. Sofa had a spot on it. The prior guest left a cell phone charger, that was one reason I felt the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The phone was not plugged in. Tried to call for wake up, no dial tone then noticed the phone was not connected. Didn’t have time to inform the desk clerk. Plenty towels and washcloths."

"Not clean and staff was not helpful. Property was not maintained well."

"Highly recommend! Friendly staff, very clean rooms, and loved the Zero (no harsh chemicals) product line in the bathroom. Well-lit free parking, delicious breakfast with good variety of eateries close to the hotel for lunch or dinner. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very nice, updated and clean. We had a room on the first floor with a couch. Unfortunately the bed and couch were both very firm so not the most comfortable for us. I did appreciate that there was an ottoman to use with the couch."

"I did not llike the room, I was assigned , it was very in the back behind a container, the room smelled dusty and had an order. Although I paid for the room I refused to enter and asked for returned of my money. I was very unhappy with that hotel."

"Check in was quick and the staff friendly. Parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was very basic with a very small selection."
