It shows a little wears and tears but we didn’t mind at all because everything is clean and functioning. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the decorations of the hotel. It’s beautiful. The hotel backs up to a golf course and it’s quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is good - scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, make your own waffles farm fresh yogurt and other usual hotel breakfast. Very dog friendly. Good big area to walk our dog. "

"This hotel was FILTHY! Bed bugs in room 415, cleaning staff reused sheets from previous guests as both beds had hair in them. The toilet was nasty and stained/rusted. There were fingerprints on the TV. The key card reader didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk twice and the night employee finally came up and opened it. When I reported reported the problems, the behavior and attitude of the housekeeping manager and the morning front desk staff was shameful. Refused to provide name and contact for the GM, other than “Ms. Dixon” to get a proper resolution. This hotel is ghetto, with terrible staff and customer service. I’ve reported this to Hilton already. Please take your business elsewhere. I’ll let my credit card company handle it going forward."

"Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and a pleasant breakfast. What’s better than that?"

"The room was outdated and there was construction going on outside of our room first thing in the am. The windows were covered with plastic. And the pool was closed even though it was noted it was open and available to use. Thankfully the holiday Inn next door allowed the kids to swim there for a bit to blow off some pent up energy from the long travel. Beds were rock hard."
