"Very artsy and fun, colorful; nice industrial feel to building. Cozy rooms, priority is the artsiness over function for a lot of room amenities (furniture, space, dishes, room layout, etc., e.g., biggest space to set anything on was the coffee table, top of microwave and top of fridge). Great place to stay if that's what you like, and good food across the street @ Storybook Cafe."

"This was one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. I stayed one night in early September because I was seeing My Favorite Murder live at the Paramount Theatre and it was within walking distance. I stayed in the smallest room (one of the Pony Suites) and it was much bigger than I expected. The decor (in both the room and the mansion) was really unique and had a vintage feel to it. "i stayed there for three nights. i was able to check in early and the staff were nice. the lobby was really beautiful and the location itself is really good. its near 16th st and near bus stops. my room was good however, i had a hard time sleeping. the pillows were way too soft i had to use three pillows and i had the temp at lowest with high fan and it was still hot. i really like the hotel but the two things i said made me put it at four stars. "

"Fun cool place to stay! Didnt feel like a hotel, felt like a cool loft downtown. We never saw staff, was given a code for doors which was really helpful since we got in later than expected. Great communal space to hang out. My only complaint was there were no outlets next to the bed to charge my phone. Overall great experience definitely recommend and will be coming back. "
