"Phenomenal room, very large, though 2 televisions weren't necessary. Very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very large and the tub comfortable for a relaxing soak. "I would not go back to this hotel. There was no shower gel. There was no shampoo. The shower floor was tile and very slippery. Our stay was two days and yet I never received the shower gel. I was given a canister of shampoo, but could not attach it to the wall in the shower. There was no soap dish in the shower, so I had to rest the shampoo and the soap on the floor. I went downstairs to the lobby for coffee and the urn was empty. Very disappointed."

"Love the Brown County Inn, have visited many times. Very clean rooms & great hotel & restaurant staff. Pool was overwhelmed with so many kids & lots of chlorine smell, would be nice to have adult only pool times, especially on holiday weekends when many adults are staying without children. Was difficult to get in pool to swim, with all the kids constantly monopolizing the pool & crazy with the cannonballs jumping & toys. Should be able to share better for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately the beach access was washed away and was not available; the pool was also smaller than it appeared on the website and very small and packed.
