Room was clean and the hotel was clean overall. Navigation from entrance to lobby isn’t clear. Front desk couldn’t clearly communicate how to navigate property either. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Amazing place highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Lots of fun on the slots or the tables. You could not find a bad restaurant in the place. Very Highly recommend trying Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse, just be ready for the check, lol

It was very clean and comfortable. I went for Louder Than Life festival in Louisville and this was a great distance away that it wasn't over crowded but still close enough thay driving wasnt bad. The staff was friendly and it was fun to be able to go to the casino in our down time. Im booking here again for next year.

Scott who checked us in was SUCH a gem. Room was lovely, view was lovely. Really enjoyed walking around the back area in the evening and hearing/meeting all the frogs. My partner and I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose Caesars Southern Indiana again.

The area is clean, environment has a very friendly, diverse vibe. There is security on the property, so it feels safe. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well, pool was closed, along with elevator issues. All in all, I had a wonderful time in the casino, drinks were great, and I will return again.

Found this gem on hotels.com for a last minute booking at an amazing price! Finding the check in desk was challenging. Poor signage. Front desk was super nice. Room was amazing. Pool and hot tub were super clean and love having adult only time! Elevator to pool needs updating and cleaning. Very slow and felt like a freight elevator. Casino was clean and not overly smoky. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants.

Staff was great. Checking in was super easy. Parking was easy. Clean room on arrival, but after night 1 and coming back to the hotel the room was not serviced. This went on all 4 days in was there. I really don’t care about the bed being made but fresh towels would have been nice.
