"You sometimes have to wait for the staff to come to the desk. Then they gave kind of abrupt answers. The location was good. Hermosa Beach was amazing."

"The hotel itself was nice and the bartender, Damian was amazing and the food we ordered from the bar was really good! My only disappointment was the check in with Emily who put us in a handicap room stating it was the only room left and I had no guarantee in the room I picked because I went through a 3rd party. I immediately went to their website and there was one room left that she could have given us. Didn’t appreciate the lie. The room was still nice just no shower door. Great location with lots of eating options."

"Very clean and nice hotel overall. Very good location. Only thing was the parking situation, understandable as to why its a little walk away, not too inconvenient but still a like 2 minute walk to the parking lot for the hotel, just to keep in mind when booking here."

"It was 10/10 for us, we flew in from Texas and it was our first time in Cali and it was the best. We will most definitely be back! And will stay at the same place , hopefully get the same room again 😭 made a lot of memories "
