"Quiet. Everything you need in the safe neighborhood. Subway to everywhere right outside the door"

"It was nice & comfortable staying at Melrose. Keep it up 👍 staff is friendly. Public transport very near."

"When we got to the property the person on staff was so helpful and kind and courteous. He was the most courteous person I've experienced in the past couple years at different hotels. I don't know his name but it was on Sunday October 25th in the evening. And then in the morning at 4:00 a.m. October 26th the person on staff was equally as kind and courteous and helpful. If I come back in that area I will come back this hotel it was clean and very comfortable and a beautiful view from the 6th...

Yet a cockroach soon scuttled brazenly across the floor, requiring execution beneath our shoe. An ominous beginning. The unfamiliar neighborhood and unsettling subway journey heightened our apprehension. But the hotel’s true character emerged after nightfall. The corridors reeked of cigarettes, their acrid fumes lingering...

"Amazing house! Very clean and the towel warmer in the bathroom was very nice :)"
