"The room was dirty, the water park wasn't working, there was a dampness problem, and the elevator was out of order—I had to carry everything up four flights of stairs with my daughters. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty. It was my worst experience; I only stayed one night and then left."

"AC was broken, hair everywhere. in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor, stains on my pillow, bed is hard as a rock. Everything was horrible and when I tried to call the hotel when someone answers to tell them about my experience they are zero help. Don't recommend."
