Had an excellent stay in Natura Park! Spacious room on the 4rth floor, balcony with stunning seaview. Good bed, strong wifi. Very helpfull and friendly staff, good cleaning service. Strongly recommended!

Idéal famille

Idéal séjour famille plage à 250 mètres de la hotel. Des travaux ont été réalisés sur les extérieurs avec un petit bassin et toboggan. Buffet varié et copieux à tous les repas. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

très bonne destination.

Très bonne destination pour le vacances en mois d'aout, le chambres sont très spacieuses, l’hôtel tout prés de la plage et la piscine grande et très bien pour les enfants, et le personnel très aimable sans parler de la très bonne ambiance des animateurs.

W hotelu w większości Hiszpanie i Rosjanie. Animatorzy mówią tylko po hiszpańsku, po angielsku prawie wcale, zatem w zabawach preferowane są dzieci hiszpańsko języczne. Jedzie bardzo dobre, dużo owoców morza i ryb.

très bel hôtel avec un super accueil

nous avons passés un agréable séjour, avec un personnel très sympathique et un restaurant qui propose du choix. le seul petit reproche que je pourrais faire , c'est qu'il manquait un étendage sur le balcon de la chambre pour étendre les serviettes et maillots de bain , je pense que cela rendrais aux clients.

Ехали в тихий семейный отель, судя по отзывам, а приехали в молодежный лагерь. Сто подростков бродили по этажам, стучались в двери, в том числе нашу, в ресторане сметали всё. Даже на завтраке элементарную яичницу приходилось ждать минут 10.

Très Bien

Petite Station Balnéaire bien loin de l' usine à tourriste de Salou. Arrivée a l'hôtel, sans attente a l accueil, en Français, en 3 min c'etait fait. Chambre spacieuse avec 2 lits doubles. Matelas plutôt de qualité sans ressorts. Propre et simple, mini refrigerateur et wifi qui fonctionne. Hôtel avec 3 piscines transats et parasols à dispositions. Les enfants s eclatent un maximum car la plus grande piscine est a profondeur de 1.40 mètres. Repas : le moins bien à mon goût. Simple mais assez gras sinon varié et rechargé régulièrement. Grande Plage a 200 mètres de l hôtel quelques restaurants et diverses boutiques où tout le monde parle français. Bilan très positif pour une découverte de Coma Ruga

Great position in Coma Ruga hotel a let down

Busy hotel but food a major let down . Don't go expecting great things breakfast no glasses cups or cutlery food at all times was cold . They would bring out eggs then 10 mins later to s another 10 something else so you could not have a breakfast all at once . Things ran out they didn't even bother topping up . So cold in evening and nothing there if you went in 39 mins after it opened we ate out at the local restaurants . Restaurant manager didn't seem to care . Staff were doing their best

O Hotel relativamente ao preço é bastante bom . Apresenta muitos pontos a melhorar mediante as 4 estrelas que apresenta: - falta de um espaço ao ar livre acolhedor para convivio (ja nem digo com a animaçao do hotel); - animaçao do hotel com poucas atividades; - pouca variedade ao nível do restaurante; - piscina encontra-se desenquadrada do Hotel. Reforço que para quem não procura nenhum destes aspectos de forma minuciosa o hotel é o aconselhável , mediante os valores pagos. Apenas falo destes aspetos negativos a meu ver pois o hotel é de 4*, o que ja requer algumas coisas melhores. Como aspectos positivos tem o seu local , os empregados de todo o hotel bastante simpáticos, muito bom a nivel de higiene e arrumação. A praia proxima do hotel é top , sem nada a apontar a esse nível.

SEJOUR EN MAI

très agréable séjour, hôtel très bien tenu, personnel très agréable, restauration variée, très bien situé de belles promenades à faire en bord de mer, pas de problème de parking. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce séjour. En mai bonne saison pour profiter du beau temps avant la foule de l'été.

très bon séjour en famille

séjour de 5 nuits en pension complète en famille. très bon rapport qualité prix. hôtel très bien situé proche plage. piscine propre de grandeur suffisante mais pas surveillée. pour les repas buffets très satisfaisants du choix autant pour les entrées les plats et les desserts. petit bémol toutes les boissons sont en supplément même l'eau !! à titre indicatif 1.20€ les 50 cl!! hôtel à recommander pour une famille qui veut passer de bonnes vacances sans se prendre la tête!!

Отель не плохой.Конечно это никакие не 4 звезды, а 3 звезды максимум. Но нам это отдых не испортило, т.к. администрация отеля разрешала все наши просьбы; например-поменяли нам номер( пахло неприятно в туалете №531.) В столовой после просьб со столов убирали посуду, хотя очень странно, что об этом надо просить в ресторане .Спасибо всем работникам отеля за отзывчивость и гостеприимство. Извините, но .Рекомендовать этот отель друзьям не буду.

Having stayed in this hotel on 3 occasions and been very satisfied we decided to return for 5 days in July. We noticed that the hotel had changed it's name from Casa Marti to Natura but did not realise the incredible drop in standards. The service was now only passable and the food was almost in edible, who eats Brussels sprouts for breakfast?. We will not be returning

Номер попался маленький, кровать 1,5 (лучше бы 2 односпальные взяли). Кухня очень приличная, море рядом, речушка лечебная, променад, русское турбюро, магазин - все в пределах 3мин. Русских каналов нет, хотя отель заполнен на 70% россиянами.

Buen servicio en instalaciones obsoletas

En recepción la atención mala entrada es fria exigiendo reserva impresa. Debemos reenviar reserva por mail.Si bien los empleados mantienen un buen nivel, las instalaciones generales adolecen de un déficit de Atencion en cuanto pintura, decoración, mantenimiento de mobiliario, iluminación de baja calidad. El bufete se cobra la bebida, no explicado en la contratación del hotel, que especificaba pensión completa. La comida es de mediana cálidad. El wifi funciona por momentos. La mayoría del personal, esta orientado al huésped extranjero, en ese momento de origen ruso. En general el Hotel, extrañamente con 4 estrellas tiene un nivel bajo. Saludos
