"Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! "Étant en voyage vers l’Espagne , nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes. Nous avons eu droit à une très grande chambre, très confortable, sans chichis. Nous avons dîné dans un restaurant ( qui dépend de l’hôtel) à proximité sous les platanes au bord de l’Ariege et nous avons pris un petit déjeuner très copieux… le tout pour un prix très correct . Je vous recommande cet établissement."

"Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest. Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it. "

"Very clean and tidy apartment with all the kitchen utensils you need. Apartments have a upstairs which is great. Secure underground parking. Washing m/c (€3) and dryer (€2) available. "

"Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. "

"The staff here were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They were so freindly and so very helpful. Our room was too hot and they quickly moved us to a new room, even helped us move our things. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was just so-so for dinner. We loved this town. Wish we had stayed longer! As we were walking around that evening, we heard music...voices from heaven! We went into the church and the children's choir were putting on a performace. The most enjoyable...
