"I arrived and was 1st greeted by Concierge Sebastian who checked me in and made me feel so welcome with such excellent customer service and ability to handle guests like no other I've seen. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of his systems, programs and ammenties with ability to complete tasks so efficiently that left me amazed. He is a great leader and deserves a raise like the others as well. Bradley also made sure I felt at home and made Costa Rica that much more beautiful. Followed by Andre and Mileidy. One night Andre stayed late with me trying to help find locations around the hotel that were open. I really appreciated that as well. Overall I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana for all these reasons. Thank you to the Staff top to bottom who were all stars and their professionalism is unmatched in this hotel industry as I am frequent traveller. "Great hotel. The rooms were clean. The restaurant and entry were quite nice. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The staff was accommodating and helpful. There’s tons of stuff to do right near the hotel. There’s a great food court only 100 feet from the entry with over 10 different restaurant options. The multi plaza was only a five minute walk down the road."
