Tivemos apenas um pouco de dificuldade no momento de fechar a conta, mas isso parece ser algo comum na região. "This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth. Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful. We will definitely come again. "

"This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. "Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "
