Super dated/tired, but ideal location to SDR

Convenient location close to SDR airport, Valle Real Mall, grocery stores, etc but the furnishings and their comfort is beyond poor and tired. Lucky for us, it was barely 7hrs in total that we spent since we just needed a place to sleep close to the airport but the bed, TV, a/c not working, they had tabletop fans (haven't seen one of those in over 20yrs), uncomfortable bed with a 5-6" super poor quality mattress. They still old school check-in, regular door lock keys, etc but the reception staff was very nice. With a bit of TLC this place can be an EXCELLENT choice for everyone, not just those looking for a bed for a couple of hours.

This hotel is ok for price. It is clean(although it smells something old), spacious, pet friendly; however, the heater was not working on the night we spent. It was freezing cold although we layered up several shirts; we ended up getting cold. The room facing to the road doesn’t have any privacy and there is no bars or restaurants that you can walk to. I would not recommend this hotel if you travel with family.

Fueron muy amables, puesto que nos dieron un apartamento un poco más grande del que habíamos reservado. Apartamentos bien ubicados y con todo el mobiliario y menaje necesario. La caldera del agua caliente no funcionaba bien, daba fallos, el agua podia salir ardiendo o congelada, iba cambiando cada 2 minutos, así que eso fue lo más problemático de la estancia.

En famille pour une nuit. Très propre. Très bien pour une escale.Le parking en sous sol très pratique . L'environnement n'est pas très joli. Industriel. La vue depuis la terrasse n'est donc pas très jolie.

Limpio y funcional

Muy accesible, cuenta con parking cubierto con acceso directo a las habitaciones. Funcional, muy limpio. Buenas vistas a la bahía. Calefacción. Cuenta con ventiladores, pero en pleno verano no son suficientes para el calor que acumula la habitación. Única crítica, que se permite fumar en las habitaciones y el siguiente cliente soporta el olor a humo viejo... debería prohibirse fumar, que además hay balcón.

Apartamentos bien, limpieza regular.

Llegamos al apartamento y nos dieron las llaves muy rápido, lo único de la casa fue que el suelo estaba sucio y tuvimos que limpiarlo nada más llegar. Por otro lado, a la hora de ducharse, el agua caliente venía y se iba, vamos, que costaba ducharse. Por todo lo demás, todo bien.

- El cubrecama que habian dejado para la cama supletoria, olia fatal. - Las camas son comodas. La columna de la ducha estaba rota (no se podia usar la parte superior de la misma porque mojaba el techo). Echabamos de menos mas utensilios en la cocina (tijeras, sartenes mas grandes....) El parking aunque es gratuito, hay plazas limitadas (te lo indican a la hora de entregarte las llaves), hay sitio en los alrededores.

Esperaba algo mejor

La cisterna del WC no dejaba de soltar agua y hacer ruido incluso girando la llave de detrás.Tuvimos que cerrar la llave general del agua para poder dormir. La lampara principal de la sala no funcionaba,la otra lámpara de la sala tenía una telaraña ya tamaño Halloween.El sofá estaba sucio y con muchísimo polvo,muy incómodo,y había puesto una especie de colchoneta finísima detrás del sofá en la pared de manera vertical,que sobresalía con la bajera con bastante polvo(supongo que para que no rozará el sofá en la pared).A nuestra salida avisamos de todo en recepción(a las 11:40 estaban tocándonos el timbre del apartamento para ver si dejábamos el apartamento ya(algo que sin ser la hora aún me pareció invasivo. El aparatmento solo fue para dormir y desayunar,era un viaje de visita a la ciudad y no estuvimos más que para dormir desde la 1:00am hasta las 12:00 el día siguiente que nos fuimos. Tuvimos que esperar a la llegada dos horas porque decían que si no haces check in on line no puedes entrar según llegas, porque no tienen preparado el apartamento.El garage estaba prácticamente vacío y no había casi huespedes,por lo que lo que creo que ha pasado es que no hacen un mantenimiento habitual de todos los apartamentos y luego hacen deprisa y corriendo. Suelos y WC muy limpio.Mobiliario del salón con polvo y sucio. Sabanas para sofá cama mal dobladas y haciendo el frío que solo dejaron una sobre cama decorativa que se pone a los pies de las camas fina y no estaba limpia,olía a usada.
