"There appeared to be no AC in the room, so it was super hot. They did let us check in early for an extra 30 euro, so that was nice. The staff was super. The breakfast was huge and literally had something for everyone, even gluten free baked goods. The disappointment was trying to get into the spa. It was booked months and months in advance. We ended up booking another spa at another hotel across town (which was excellent!!). The room was run down as well."

"The hotel is right next to central Station so is perfect if you are flying into Arlande Airport as the train is connected to the airport. The hotel was clean, the rooms were perfect and the staff were really friendly and helpful especially the staff who were serving at breakfast. The breakfast, I have got to say is the best I have had, so much choice and the quality of the food was fantastic. Overall, a great hotel, we will definitely stay there again."
