"When we arrived at 10:30pm and checked in, our room was at 76 degrees. We turned on the air but it blew slightly cold air and the room was hot all night and we couldn’t sleep. We talked to the staff the next day and they offered us another room, which had the same issue. It couldn’t get below 73 degrees even with the A/C running. That evening they finally got us a 3rd room with a working A/C. They did refund us around $40 and give us a free breakfast to apologize so the staff did try to help. But it was just a stressed-filled two night stay with this issue. "

"The beds were very very comfortable....the room was huge....the free breakfast was complete with the fixings including scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes,etc........included all natural Greek yogurt... Truly complete experience....the 8th floor had a tremendous outdoor deck that had the best view of the space needle"

"The hotel was an incredible value and within walking distance of amazing restaurants and sightseein. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding my phone charger, calling for a car that was cheaper to get to airport, offering to store bags, kind and attentive, professional. I’d stay here again for sure! Such a comfortable place to stay!"
