The parking is confusing. Ended up overpaying $60 with no explanation of how to self park w the hotel. There are two saunas and both are locked with a padlock so you can’t use them. Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport
The staff was great and did their best to help me. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they gave me one with no problems. I stay here often because it’s so close to the airport and they have a shuttle and parking.
