"The pool was poorly run and only half open. The whole outside was closed. The available pool was so small. We requested an extra blanket for the pull out couch and were given a very thin blanket instead of a comforter like the other beds. There is no breakfast available. For the amount of money this single mom spent to impress her kids for a staycation, this Marriott was the worst choice. I worked hard for this vacation and was so unimpressed… guess you have to be a rewards member to actually feel treated well at Marriott’s these days. "

"Need treadmill, a basic fitness machine. Shower drained slowly. Bathroom door trolley system was noisy due to loose and missing hardware. Need simple green tea. Need more gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast. Sign said major allergens, but no labels elsewhere. No hardboiled eggs in stock. Keycard was annoying for elevator, but maybe a necessity. if so, volunteer more than 2 keycards for family. Tree branch had fallen in parking lot, other trees looked to be cracking, so need tree maintenance or cones to block those parking spaces off."

"Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive."

"Breakfast was not good… coffee tasted watered down. Also didn’t care for all the plastic wrapped food and glasses… would also like large containers for shampoo, conditioner and soap. Too much plastic"

"Our first room shower didn't have hot water and the card key didn’t work after multiple attempts at reprogramming the cards. Had to move to another room and that toilet didn’t flush. I had to plunge the toilet myself. Then, they ran out of sausage gravy. It was poor customer service. No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience "
